Designs usually begin
with the development of a Floor Plan drawing.
Following this; Siteplan, Foundation, Exterior
Elevations, Building Sections, Construction
Details (walls and foundation), Roof Framing,
Roof Slope (drainage), Construction Notes and
Door & Window Schedule drawings are created
to complete a construction set.
Additional drawings such
as: Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing,
Kitchen Cabinets and Landscaping can also be
supplied upon request.
While design and
drafting costs vary according to the size and
complexity of the project, LX&R strives to
maintain affordable service and excellent
quality.
Whether you
are an owner / builder or contracting your new
construction, a building permit is generally
required prior to construction.
LX&R can supply you
with all necessary construction drawings required
for this process as well as money-saving building
tips and information on building material
suppliers.
